Processing Time

Most orders ship within:

  • 3-5 business days for UV-printed or laser-cut accessories

  • 5–7 business days for neoprene mats or custom items

  • 1–2 business days for in-stock items

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

We often offer:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (recommended Shopify setting)

  • Flat-rate options for U.S. customers


Carriers We Use

  • USPS First Class

  • USPS Priority

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 2-Day (optional upgrade)

You will receive tracking information automatically via email.


Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days once shipped.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • VAT / GST

  • Import taxes

International shipping timelines vary by country and may be affected by customs processing times.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or lost by the carrier:

  2. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim

  3. We will replace or refund items when appropriate

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.
